What you will be doing?
Development and review of schematic drawings and single line diagrams
Complying with specific project safety requirements
Specification, selection and procurement of the range of equipment
Preparation and interpretation of technical specifications and enquiry documentation
Assist with the preparation of technical and contract documentation for issue.
Monitor progress against the program and issue progress reports.
Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
Carry out document control, recording and transmitting information.
Liaising and co-ordinating with clients, other members of the design team and contractors on technical issues.
Managing all technical queries on site and assist project team in all site electrical engineering issues to include: the management, the planning, the testing and commissioning and the handover of all project systems.
Prepare programs using MS project.
Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects.
Assemble bid, approval, and construction issue drawing packages.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the design and change if necessary.
Estimate cost, reliability, and safety factors.
Use computers extensively to produce and analyse designs.
Supervise technicians and other engineers during development phase.
Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.


Is this the job for me?
Suitable Candidates must have a third level degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience working as an Electrical Engineer.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience working in the power and renewables sector
Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines together with a high attention to detail.

Is this the job for me?
An honours degree in electrical engineering.
Experience required 5+ Years
DSTA (Danish Safety Technology Authority) - Technically Responsible Person
Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.

What will I be doing?
Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, commissioning etc. for the involved project.
• Conduct inspections of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
• Submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.
• Prepare daily & weekly QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.
• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
• Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
•Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QCQA documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
• Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by Management, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
• Working directly for QA/AC Manager on the project.
Is this role for me?
•Suitable candidates must have a relevant Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade qualification.



The ability to manage a QA/QC Team



Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Quality role.



A QA/QC Qualification would be an advantage but not essential.



IT Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

What will I be doing?
Assist the EHS Manager to achieve Suir’s Critical Success Factor 1.?‘To ensure we are fully compliant in all Health, Safety & Workplace Legislation’?on their Project.


• Manage a team of EHS Professionals, ensuring effective implementation of company policy and procedure.
Ensure the Site-Specific EHS Plans and Site Safety Folders are developed and implemented as per the site requirement.

• Liaise with the Project Manager and Construction Team to ensure that EHS is being effectively communicated and managed on site
• Attend daily and weekly meets are per the project requirements i.e. client and progress meetings etc.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all of Suir’s High Risk Activities (HRA’s) and ensure that they are identified and effectively controlled on site.
• Become familiar with and promote the ‘Suir Way’ and its interfaces with Health & Safety.
• Ensure effective use of Flex on your Project
• Ensure the ISO Integrated Management System is effectively rolled out on your Project.
• Ensure regular audits and inspections are conducted on site as per the IMS.
• Ensure all employees and subcontractors are trained appropriately.
• Manage and maintain the RAMS process for development, submittal and approval effectively.
• Report in a timely manner and Investigate incidents when they occur and ensure root causes are identified, mitigated and communicated.
• Report to EHS Manager on the projects leading and lagging indicators.

The Commercial Manager leads a team of Quantity Surveyors and works closely with other areas of the business from the proposal stage of projects to project completion.


• Responsible and accountable for achieving the commercial objectives and targets for all client projects.
• Manage and support all Quantity Surveyors and head office departments, to achieve accurate control and reporting of commercial information.
• Identify and manage the risks associated with each project.
• Effectively liaise with Directors and Senior Managers to identify and report commercial information and risk.
• Provide clear leadership, direction, and ongoing support to the team.
• Review the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage internal relationships with the Project teams, to ensure the commercial and business objectives of each project are achieved.
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients providing them with accurate commercial information.
• Co-ordinate Performance Enhancement Plans (PEPs) prior to the commencement of works.
