Idag är vi ett litet men tight team som vill växa med personer som är taggade på att bygga Hackberry tillsammans med oss. Vårt hem är The Factory, placerat i en framväxande del av Sollentuna. Här jobbar vi under samma tak som våra ägare, Wellstreet, och andra häftiga startups och scaleups.

ROLLEN HÄR HOS OSS

Som HR-generalist hos oss kommer du att ha en strategiskt viktig roll. Du kommer att jobba i nära samarbete med vår VD Thomas, och tillsammans med övriga anställda arbeta fram vår kultur och våra värderingar.

Då vi vill växa mycket under året kommer stort fokus ligga på talanginflödet. Du kommer att äga och driva våra rekryteringsprocesser från ax till limpa. Detta innebär allt ifrån sourcing, till att ta intervjuer och se över rekryteringsstrategier.

Du kommer även att ha ansvar för onboarding och employer branding, samt ha ansvar för olika events både för personal och externa besökare.

Som HR-generalist hos oss får du arbeta i en bred och flexibel roll som du har möjlighet att utforma själv. Vi ämnar bygga det bolag som vi vill jobba på och vi tror att du som HR-generalist kommer vara en viktig del i det.

Du är en relationsskapande och nätverkande person som gillar att skapa kontakt både med vår personal och externa parter. WHAT WE DO

As mobile analytics, you will work both with analysing app data, in order to get insights into user behaviour and app performance, and act as an expert in choosing the mobile analytics SDK to be implemented in the apps we develop. We may also become an expert in our (still-to-be) chosen analytics tool. This will be done in different kind of projects: either as a hired consultant onsite at our customer or in any of our in-house projects.

Whether you have an on-site assignment with a customer or are in-house, we put a lot of focus on finding the right project for you so that you develop in your role. We take pride in providing a solution that suits all our employees.

All training is provided during paid working hours, etc. We call this consultant 2.0. To thrive here, we believe that you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with a flat organisation. That said, since we’re consultants, it’s also important that you enjoy customer-close contact and can get up to speed with new projects quickly.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have solid experience working either with digital/mobile/web analytics, or as an app developer with skills in data analytics. We also hope that you have some familiarity with common analytics SDK’s used for iOS, Android and/or Cross-platform. Most likely you have experience from a standard tool such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik or such.

We are in many ways both a common and unusual consulting company. You will have the opportunity to work in 3 different types of projects.

- As a hired consultant on-site with a customer.
- In in-house projects linked to an external customer.
- In in-house projects linked to startup companies in Wellstreet's portfolio.

We need to strengthen our team with developers skilled in developing the backend for mobile apps and connecting it to backend cloud storages. As we work with many different technologies and project, it doesn’t matter if your thing is AWS, Azure or Google Cloud integrations. We like Google, and when we get to choose the tech stack we try to be as close to the Google ecosystem as possible and develop using Flutter, Google Firebase, GCP, etc. Therefore, it’s beneficial if you want to learn more about Google Firebase as well.
