Om rollen som Key Account Manager
Som Key Account Manager får du ett strategiskt helhetsansvar för några av Sonepars viktigaste nationella kunder inom segmentet Elinstallation. Rollen handlar inte om transaktionell försäljning, utan om att driva affären långsiktigt genom analys, planering, förhandling och uppföljning.
Du arbetar med centrala prisavtal, prisrevisioner och affärsstrategier där sortiment, marginaler och kundunika villkor behöver hanteras på artikelnivå. En viktig del av uppdraget är att förstå helheten: kundens affär, deras projektlogik och hur Sonepars organisation bäst mobiliseras för att skapa värde över tid.
I rollen samarbetar du nära regionchefer, säljchefer och den lokala säljorganisationen för att säkerställa att strategiska kundavtal får genomslag i hela landet. Du arbetar även tätt med centrala stödfunktioner såsom pricing, analys och backoffice samt med leverantörer. Rollen är nationell till sin karaktär och resor inom Sverige är en naturlig del av vardagen. Du rapporterar till Divisionschef KAM.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Ansvara för och utveckla strategiska nyckelkunder inom elinstallation på nationell nivå.
Driva prisrevisioner, avtalsförhandlingar och affärsuppföljning tillsammans med kund och leverantörer.
Analysera försäljningsdata, sortiment och marginaler för att identifiera affärsmöjligheter och förbättringspotential.
Samordna interna funktioner och stötta regioner i större affärer, upphandlingar och projekt.
Bidra till divisionens affärsplan och Sonepars långsiktiga tillväxt genom proaktiv affärsutveckling.

Om dig
Vi söker dig som är analytisk och trygg i rollen som Key Account Manager. Du trivs i komplexa affärer där beslutsvägarna är långa och där framgång bygger på struktur, uthållighet och förtroende över tid. Du har lätt för att skapa relationer, men är också bekväm i tuffa förhandlingar där du behöver stå stadigt i Sonepars position.
Du har förmågan, och viljan, att grotta ner dig i siffror, avtal och prisstrukturer när det krävs, samtidigt som du kan lyfta blicken och arbeta strategiskt med affärsutveckling. Som person är du noggrann, engagerad och samarbetsorienterad, och du trivs i ett lag där kunskap delas och affären drivs gemensamt.

Viktigt för rollen:

Flerårig erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning i komplexa affärsmiljöer, gärna inom el, installation eller närliggande teknikbranscher.
Stark affärsförståelse och vana att arbeta mot centralt styrda kundorganisationer.
Förmåga att arbeta analytiskt med stora datamängder, prislistor och avtal.
God förhandlingsvana och personlig trygghet i kommersiella dialoger på lednings- och inköpsnivå.
Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga i svenska samt goda kunskaper i engelska.
Körkort och vilja att resa inom Sverige i rollen.

Meriterande:
Tidigare erfarenhet av Key Account Management eller annan strategisk säljroll.
Erfarenhet av prisrevisioner, ramavtal och sortimentshantering.
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom affär, teknik eller ekonomi.

Om tjänsten som Finacial Controller
Som Financial Controller för affärsområdet TSS blir du den centrala länken mellan Indutrades koncernfunktion och affärsområdets dotterbolag. Du lär känna bolagen på djupet och bygger starka relationer med deras ekonomifunktioner, något som gör att du får både insyn och påverkan i verksamheten. Det är en roll där du får ta ansvar, utveckla strukturer och samtidigt vara nära affären.
Du har en central funktion i att säkerställa att bolagen levererar finansiella rapporter av hög kvalitet, både i tid och med rätt innehåll. Du är även en viktig del av Indutrades tillväxtresa genom att vara med i processen när nya bolag förvärvas. På sikt ser vi kommer du stötta i due diligence, onborda bolagen samt delta i styrelsemöten.
Tjänsten är placerad på Indutrades huvudkontor i Kista och du rapporterar till Affärsområdets Head of Finance and Business Control. Vissa resor till dotterbolag i Norden och övriga Europa kan förekomma.
Dina ansvarsområden:
Säkerställa korrekt, kvalitativ och tidsenlig finansiell rapportering från dotterbolagen
Samordna och kvalitetsgranska årsbokslut och årsredovisningar
Ansvara för uppföljning, analys och presentation av affärsområdets finansiella resultat, trender och utveckling
Granska och stötta dotterbolagen i forecast- och budgetprocesser samt bidra till förbättrad prognoskvalitet

Om dig

Om tjänsten som Key Account Manager

- Då det förekommer en del resor i arbetet är B-körkort ett krav
- Du har god kunskap inom Microsoft paketet samt kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift

About the role as Influencer Marketing Coordinator

To support the execution and coordination of Samsung’s value-driven influencer marketing activities across the Nordic region — focusing on long-term partnerships, co-created campaigns, and community building.The role supports Samsung’s influencer marketing across all product categories (mobile, TV, home appliances) and all Nordic markets. Om tjänsten som Senior Operations Engineer

About the role
We are looking for an Azure expert, someone who knows their way around the bigger part of the Azure platform. A strong focus will be on Azure Database, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure DevOps. Together with Bitlogs Architect and the Head of Development, you will be responsible for the overall technical structure and lead the way forward. Besides being responsible for the technical decisions and the personnel within DevOps, you will also work hands-on as DevOps Engineer in the team, part time. Owning backlog and prioritizing the work.

Working hands-on as DevOps engineer in the team, part time.

Necessary experience/Tech stack
Expertise in Microsoft Azure: Deep knowledge of the platform and its various services, including Azure Database, AKS, and Azure DevOps.

What will this role achieve?

What do we need for this role? Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in procurement, finance or similar.

Nu förstärker Cebe belysningsavdelning och söker nu en Ljusdesignchef med placering i Stockholm. Som Ljusdesignchef kommer du att leda och coacha ett ljusdesignteam på 8 st medarbetare. Teamet är en del i Cebe Belysning som idag består av 24 personer som är dedikerade att utveckla Cebe Belysning framåt på marknaden.

Arbetsuppgifter:

      I din roll som Ljusdesignchef ingår personalansvar, ledning och arbetsfördelning för Ljusdesignavdelningen.



      Säkerställa att Cebe på ett affärsmässigt sätt tillgodoser projektens krav och behov med lämplig belysningslösning.



      Kontinuerligt utveckla medarbetarna med nödvändig utbildning utifrån marknadens krav och behov.



      Tillsammans med teamet leda och utveckla avdelningen framåt med ständiga förbättringar och effektiviseringar.

 Kvalifikationer

Cebe söker dig som har erfarenhet av att leda en teknikavdelning med ”spetskompetens”. Du har dokumenterad bakgrund inom belysning och erfarenhet av liknande tjänst på en El-konsult eller belysningsföretag. De ser att du har tidigare erfarenhet att utveckla människor och team på så sätt är van att kontinuerligt identifiera förbättringsområden samt gå från ord till handling.
