We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who will support the Logickon team with regards to planning, development processes, maintain good relationship with customers and to oversee the logistics. You will be part of a passionate team filled with the latest technology. This role will include driving communication in a diverse and multicultural team.
This is a permanent position based in Stockholm, Sweden which requires international travel as well. You may need to work during off hours and weekend as well. Apply with your CV and cover letter in English.
Responsibilities


· Ensuring that various planning tools are implemented and kept up to date.
· Making sure that projects are being run smoothly.
· Ensuring that all the logistics are available for a timely project delivery.
· Taking ownership of certain aspects of ongoing projects and keeping the customers up to date.
· Ensure that a system support process is provided, regularly reviewed and followed.

· Excellent communication skills in Urdu, Hindi and English.
