About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the Logickon
Team in project planning, development processes, customer relationship management, and
logistics coordination. In this role, you will work at the heart of a dynamic, multicultural team
and play a key part in ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
? Lead customer projects from start to finish, ensuring effective planning, execution,
and follow-up.
? Implement and maintain planning tools to ensure project transparency and efficiency.
? Monitor project progress to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
? Foster structured, solution-oriented communication within both internal teams and
with customers.
? Oversee logistics and ensure all resources are in place for successful project delivery.
? Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and ensuring
satisfaction.
? Take ownership of specific project components and follow through independently.
? Prioritize and plan tasks effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
? Support and maintain a structured system for internal processes and tools.

Requirements
? 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the EU
? Proven experience coordinating project teams and managing cross-functional
collaboration
? Strong project coordination and planning skills
? Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu/Hindi
? Ability to understand basic Swedish
? Flexible and self-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
? Willingness to "go the extra mile" when needed
? Experience working in multicultural environments is a strong plus
