As our Business Intelligence Analyst/Specialist, you are responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within our customers' organizations.

Your duties and tasks include:
- Organizing data points
- Communicating between upper management and the IT department and analyzing data to determine a corporation’s needs.
- Prepare data for visualization coming from various data sources
- Lead and work with collecting requirements throughout the organization
- Carry out training and on-boarding for different internal teams
- Build and socialize KPI dashboards throughout the organization
- Set up automated reports to various stakeholders
- Build KPI dashboards

Your profile
· Minimum 3 years experience working with Data analytics platoforms
· Experience working with Power BI
· Expert skills in
· Expert skills in how data should be visualised
· Experience of working with data from different parts of an organization
· Problem solving
· Detail oriented
· Able to work in agile teams
· Good communication skills. Both in written and verbal English

Good to have

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
· Good Swedish skills is a big bonus

Job description
inventYOU is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Stockholm. If you feel like working with the latest technologies, enjoy working in an agile environment and want to grow both professionally and personally, then read below.

As our BA, you are acting as the key interface between the users and the project manager, gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users. You can translate business requirements to User stories, guiding the development work. You can work agile, you are self-driven and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed requirements analysis while collaborating regularly with various teams, including business key users.
- Interaction regularly with technical teams regarding data collection and being responsible for the data model.
- Performing and leading UAT and testing of the solutions : Creation of testplan and test scripts (incl. scenario testing etc) for quality assurance and UAT
- Creation of high quality analysis documentation
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used by developers
- Working hand-in-hand in multinational teams

Your profile
· Minimal 5 years experience as Business Analyst
· Ability and willingness to quickly learn Business processes
· Communication & stress mgmt. skills
· Very good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills (English)
· Team player with attention to details
· Self-starter – taking initiative regarding investigation, analyzing and improving things
· Being able to cope with priority and planning changes

Tools & technology:

· Modeling tools like PowerDesigner (UML diagrams)
· ETL tools like Powercenter Informatica or similar
· Microsoft Office
·
· Databases: Oracle, MS server

Good to have:
