Kvalitetsstaben på Ragn-Sells Sverige har i uppdrag att stödja hela organisationen med resurser, metoder och system för arbete med processer, dokument, avvikelser och förbättringar.

Kvalitet är mycket viktigt för vår verksamhet, då den skall vara effektiv och ”compliant” men även för vår affär för att Ragn-Sells ska fortsätta vara en trygg och pålitlig leverantör och partner. 

I samspel med våra olika affärsområden kommer du att förvalta och förbättra vårt kvalitets- och processarbete i Sverige och ha det övergripande ansvaret för kontinuerlig förbättring och systematisk uppföljning. Det innefattar att vara nära verksamheten och stötta den i både system och i metoder. I din roll ingår även personalansvar för det svenska kvalitetsteamet som arbetar centralt.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Du och ditt team ansvarar för att utveckla rutiner och metoder för att säkerställa systematik, kvalitetssäkring, förbättringsarbete samt utredning av avvikelser. Ni säkerställer kompetens att genomföra rotorsaksanalyser och handlingsplaner.

Du analyserar statistik och avvikelser för att hitta mönster och fånga upp viktiga områden för förbättringar samt driva förbättringsinitiativ och mäta effekten av dessa i organisationen.

I tjänsten ingår även att säkerställa erfarenhetsutbyte mellan företagets olika verksamheter med mål att samordna viktiga förbättringsområden och stärka efterlevnad av gällande lagar, policys och förordningar samt säkerställa att företagets processer och riktlinjer efterföljs.

Du ansvarar för vårt ledningssystem och vårt avvikelsehanteringssystem och att utbilda och stödja organisationen i användningen av dessa.

Du ansvarar för planering och genomförande av såväl interna som externa revisioner och kompetenssäkring av internrevisorer. Kvalitetsfunktionen medverkar även i kundrevisioner och leverantörsrevisioner.

Din bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har en gedigen erfarenhet av strategiskt och systematiskt kvalitetsarbete på ett större bolag under minst 5 år och som även haft personalansvar.

Vi ser gärna att du är certifierad enligt Lean, Six Sigma eller annan relevant metodik för systematiskt förbättringsarbete.

Du har stor erfarenhet av olika metoder för rotorsaksanalys och genomförande av förändringsarbete.

God kännedom om och erfarenhet av arbete med ISO 9001, ISO 14001 och ISO 45001 är ett krav.

Du som person

Du talar och skriver svenska och engelska utan problem samt är tydlig och pedagogisk. Som person är du trygg i din kompetens och i din ledarroll. Du har en stark kommunikativ förmåga och bidrar med positiv energi. Du bygger nätverk och samarbetar för att få till förändring.

Du har stor egen drivkraft och är van att arbeta självständigt, systematiskt och strukturerat, på så sätt uppnår du mål och fullföljer planer. Det är viktigt att du har ett strategiskt och övergripande synsätt men även förmåga att sätta dig in i detaljer om så krävs.

Project Manager




OHB Sweden is currently searching for a Project Manager to the premises in Kista/ Stockholm.

The Project Manager is overall responsible for the execution of his/her projects in the company and towards the Customers. The projects can include the development, integration and delivery of a Satellite, a Propulsion Sub-system or AOCS sub-system. The position is a key function in the company with impact on many areas, including the financial standing and the reputation of the company.

The Project Manager has functional manager responsibility for his/her project team (up to 10 - 25 people depending on the project and project phase) in the frame of the project activities. He/she has the full responsibility for On Quality, On Time and On Cost delivery of his/her project.

The Project Manager is a member of the Project Office team and reports to the Head of Project Office.

Main tasks:
 Main formal interface to the Customer for the projects under his/her responsibility
Lead the OHB Sweden project team in line with the Project requirements and our project management processes. The project team generally consists of members of the engineering team, MAIT/production team, Quality department, and members of the Project Office team.
Control and steer projects and initiate remedial actions in case of cost overruns, technical issues or schedule slippage.
Resource planning to secure resources in the matrix of projects/departments in collaboration with the departments managers.
Contribute to prioritization in case of resource conflicts/overload
Negotiate with customers regarding changes to project baselines (scope, schedule and cost)

Your work experience:
Proven experience as Project Manager with a track record of covering technical and programmatic aspects (financial, schedule, contractual)
Experience from complex technical development and international collaboration is preferable. Experience from the space industry is an advantage, but not a must.

Your educational background:
Academic degree, preferable from a technical university or similar
Strong knowledge of project management discipline and methodology
Sound technical understanding of mechanical, thermal, electrical, electronical disciplines

MANAGER PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY



Smarteq is currently searching for a Manager Product Development and Quality with location in Kista/ Stockholm.  The team consists of 12 employees in Sweden and in France. 

Since May 2021 Smarteq is a part of PCTEL Inc, a leading American company in industrial IoT and listed on Nasdaq stock exchange. 

The Role
Examples of tasks / responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the work within the product development department
Manage product development projects from start to finish
Be responsible for maintaining our high quality standards and drive our quality improvements and be the driver of our sustainability commitments
Manage and maintain the company management system, and make sure it fulfils the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, regulatory and customer specific requirements
Coordinate quality assurance tasks, fulfilment of regulatory and sustainability requirements within product development projects, in close collaboration together with the internal team, customers, and production partners
Coordinate and perform internal audits, second party audits at suppliers and be the company representative at third party audits
Coordinate the warranty and non-conformity process
Initiate and drive improvement work
Responsible for the product development team


Since PCTEL headquarter is in USA, customers are located globally, production partners in Asia, you will have international contacts and travel mainly within USA, Europe and Asia.

Your Experience  

To succeed in the role, we believe that you have the following qualifications

A degree in technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience 
Minimum 5 years experience of hands-on quality management and/or project management
Experience from the automotive industry is highly valued
Knowledge and experience from ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, PPAP / IATF Core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan etc.), VDA 6.3 and 6.5, IMDS and auditing is a merit 
Knowledge in SharePoint and MS Office


Excellent Swedish and English written and verbal communication skills are important since you will have many contacts around the world. Additional language skills ??are a merit.
